Who Handles Problems Late at Night?

Each staff member carries our in-office Emergency Cell Phone for one week. When an emergency call is received, we will determine the severity of the problem and dispatch the needed service. We define an emergency as a fire, flood, or any dangerous or hazardous situation. We define for our tenants in their initial move-in handbook what is classified as an emergency.
