Matt Prandi Borries, son of Melissa Prandi, MPM® of PRANDI Property Management, Inc., CRMC® in San Rafael, California, will step into the new management role of Vice President effective January, 1, 2013. Borries has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006, and has worked for Melissa at the family-run company as a property manager even longer.
