Working with Prandi was pleasant and helpful in the journey to lock down the rental of a desirable location in Larkspur. There was a lot of paperwork involved [application, financial info and background check] and a lot of communication necessary [presenting myself to the property owners, organizing the various payments], but the process went fairly smoothly. The property condition report was well-done and good to have excellent photographic evidence, Unfortunately, one of the landlord's contractors got black sticky residue all over all of the floors, after the photos were taken. This took a while to be remedied, but at least I could document that on the report. It would have been helpful if I could have gotten into the apartment before my move day, so I could measure for rugs and furniture, but there was some roadblock to that happening. It would have allowed the owner to fix the flooring before I moved in. I think a move day or pre-move walk-through would have been appropriate. Also the final lease document was not clear about who pays for water and garbage service. All in all, the Prandi staff were very helpful and easy to work with. They made a tedious process more pleasant. Many thanks to all of you!

I found Pam Grossman to be highly professional and helpful. I thought the pet application was far too detailed, time-consuming, and overly-protective. It took me over two hours to complete since it asked such detailed questions as the dates my dogs were microchipped! I spent far more time on the pet application than on the human part of the application. This was frustrating when I had many other things I needed to do to prepare for my move.
