A Note From Your PRANDI Team
You all know Matt as a property manager, but we’re excited to announce his new role moving forward as Vice President! He will still be actively involved in his team’s rental portfolio , but will also expand his job to include more business related responsibilities. “I look forward to working more on the business, as well as in the business,” says Matt of his new role. Congratulations to Matt for his hard work and dedication, which have led to this wonderful accomplishment! — PRANDI Property Management Team
MONEY SAVING QUICK TIPS
This time of the year, everyone may be a little strapped for cash. We hope that these tips will help you save a little money during the winter season:
- Be careful which electrical appliances are on and how often you use them. Turning off lights in the rooms that are not being used, or turning down the heater when you know you will not be home for a few hours are good places to start. You could also unplug any devices (like cell phone or camera chargers) when they are not in use!
- Reduce the amount of water you use when taking a shower. Also, be aware of how much water you use when you wash dishes. If you are doing laundry, wait until you have a full load of clothes before you run the washing machine. Water tends to be the most expensive utility, so by taking the time to conserve, you might be surprised how much you can save!
