PRANDI Property Management, Inc., CRMC® Policy
If you are a prospective tenant applying to lease a PRANDI Property Management, Inc., CRMC®-managed property, you are required to complete a Pet Screening account and profile for your pet(s) or companion animal(s) at Your application will not be considered complete unless you have your profile completed.

What is is a secure, third-party national database designed for pet owners to keep all of the important information about your pet in one place. makes is easy for your pet’s providers, including pet sitters, daycare providers, veterinarians and animal hospitals to access all of your pet’s important details at a moment’s notice.

Pet profiles are $20 for the first pet and $15 for additional pets. Registering a service or companion animal is free.

What's Included in Your Pet's Profile? will ask that you create a quick and simple pet profile for each of your pets. The profile information includes photos, vaccination records, microchip details, and training and behavioral traits. There are additional questions for those applying with service or companion animals.

Note: Every PRANDI property owner is allowed to set their own pet policy. While many PRANDI Properties available for lease allow a pet, please be sure to read the property listing to determine if the home allows pets. All pets much be property licensed, have vaccinations required by statute, and breeds known to have aggressive behavior are prohibited. Some homes may limit the number and/or size of pets allowed in the property.

I recently rented an apartment from Prandi Property Management in Tiburon. The entire process from application to getting keys was handled smoothly and efficiently with a personal touch. Now that I occupy the unit they make being a tenant easy. I can pay my rent online, request maintenance and see any notices that have been posted. They are a great company to work with.
