Advertise, advertise, advertise - that's the buzz in the PRANDI office! We're always looking for productive ways to help our Owners find qualified tenants for their properties. What better way to do that than to find great places, with a high volume of visitors, to post the property advertisements? We'd like to give you a taste of some of the advertising methods PRANDI Property Management uses!

As most owners know, we list all properties directly on our website under the "Current Rentals" tab. All available units are there with pertinent information including the description of the property and photos. Our website also links with other popular sites such as Craigslist, Google, Vast, Trulia, HotPads.com, Rentals.com, Yahoo, and Kaango. Most people are quite familiar with this very useful free online advertisement community. We find that most prospective tenants find your listings here.

Another place we frequently use to get exposure is the Bareis Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Norcal Bareis MLS, which are often used by realtors in the area who are trying to help their clients find suitable rentals. Many single family homes and high-end rentals are listed on MLS and we see plenty of traffic through this wonderful source as well.

By request we can also advertise your home in our local newspaper, The Marin Independent Journal. This is a paid advertisement and costs are incurred by the owner.

When prospective tenants call in, or stop by the office, looking for specific rentals we sometimes do not have a property that will fit their needs but, don't fear! We request they sign up for our "Notify Me" service on our website. This will allow us to automatically e-mail them when we list something that fits their criteria! It's a quick and easy way to allow us to notify them of rentals.

We are constantly searching for new venues to communicate your vacancies and we are always trying to place qualified tenants in your property!

On top of our advertising techniques, we also know that the photos of your property are of the upmost of importance to renting your vacancy! So, here at PRANDI, we have just upgraded our camera equipment and photograph our properties using a wide-angle lens. A wide-angle lens helps prospective tenants get a better sense of the property both inside and out, by mimicking almost the same depth and perspective as the human eye sees. We are receiving positive feedback from both owners and tenants that these photographs depict the properties well, almost too well, as our youngest Property Manager (and in-house photographer), Matt Borries has had multiple owners hesitate leaving their own home because it looked so beautiful on the web!
