If you would like us to find a quality tenant for your property, PRANDI provides a Leasing Only Service. This plan includes the following:

After this process we then turn the day-to-day management back over to you, or you can elect to add our Monthly Management Service. 

 

The fee for our Leasing Only Service is 6% of one year's rental income for leases of 9-12 months, 50% of one month's rental income for leases less than 9 months, or 6% of the total rental income for leases over 12 months. This fee is payable only after we have located a tenant for your home.
