Larkspur

Larkspur is home to Marin County’s ferry terminal. Residents often use the ferry to commute into San Francisco for work, while tourists come to use the waterway as a mode of site-seeing transportation. Another notable area in the town is Larkspur Landing—previously Hutchinson’s Rock Quarry—which has since blossomed into a beautiful shopping center with live music and featuring the County-renowned Farmer’s Market. The quaint downtown area is very popular, with restaurants/ bars such as the Melting Pot, the Silver Peso Bar, and Emporio Rulli. Check out The Lark, Larkspur’s 1936 art deco, nonprofit, single screen, state of the art community film center.
