Melissa Prandi holds the highest property management designation awarded to an individual. To acquire the designation of Master Property Manager (MPM) Melissa completed extensive coursework, expertise in the residential property management field as well as a high level of commitment to National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
Melissa has dedicated countless hours to her continuing education within NARPM. She encourages and supports all members of her staff to expand their knowledge by attending local and state chapter meetings, classes as well as National conventions.

 

RMPregistered Designation


Christine Goodin holds another designation many of our owners recognize and seek. Christine is a Residential Management Professional (RMP). Just like Melissa, Christine has worked very hard for her designation - taking numerous and extensive classes to acquire this title.

 

CSSsm Designation


Two more of our employees, Roxie Mikolon and Cristy Roberts, both proudly earned another designation for our office. These ladies are our Certified Support Specialists (CSS); they are professionals who have worked closely with NARPM and have been actively engaged in supporting PRANDI's property managers, as well as our company owner. They are our staff members who have made it their interest to contribute to the well being of the company through their actions-not just their words.
